We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The transportation from Hanoi was a nice touch, and the staff was genuinely helpful. The room was nicely furnished, but the bathroom design had a few quirks that were a bit odd, including a lack of privacy. The air conditioning failed one evening, which was unfortunate. On the positive side, the buffet offered a good variety of food, and the restaurant had delicious meals. Overall, while there were some issues, it was a comfortable experience.

The standout was definitely the staff's willingness to accommodate my gluten-free diet, which made my experience positive. However, the dining options were hit or miss, and I felt some areas needed an update to match the expectations set by its star rating.
